    My colleagues and mentors were extremely supportive leading up to, during, and after my maternity leave. Upon my return, I felt comfortable approaching leadership about more flexibility and have always felt that the firm supports me in my decisions as a professional and a mother.

Working closely with leadership, I KNOW that work-life balance, parental leave, and flexible time off policies are important to them. It may not happen overnight and a lot of visibility has yet to be seen since it's still in the planning stages, but West Monroe Partners truly has its employees interests at heart.

In a traditionally male-dominant industry, West Monroe not only sets goals to provide a great place to work for all employees, but really puts these goals into action. As a young female professional, I feel lucky to be surrounded by inspiring, powerful female professionals in a fast-paced, vibrant company. I feel supported by each of my colleagues, and have never felt I was at a disadvantage due to my gender.
