"My experience here was not a good one. Leadership are mostly males, and mostly not diverse. There's definitely a good old boy culture. Often watches my male peers be promoted above me using some of my work to do so. I often brought up that I wanted a promotion or raise, as I had my same entry level base salary since I started in 2018. I was told flat out no, whiles watching them hire their friends from previous companies over me. Left because there was no growth and leadership was just plain rude about it."

"I have been working here for almost 4 years. I have watched countless colleuges be promoted within their first year being here, while every year that I have had a review with a different manager (they have a high turnover rate) i have been promised growth, and it has never happened. At most i get a pity thank you recognition on calls from time to time. Leadership is out of touch with a lot of things. I had a very disappointing chat with a new manager (only been on for 2 months) about why I have been at this company for almost 4 years but yet not been promoted or offered any salary increase from the base I have had since I started in 2018. His response: "Why aren't you satisfied with your company performance based bonus" which has 0 to do with how I do..."

"Ask questions about work life balance, hours and flex work opps directly to the person that you will report to. Managers have different policies and then company leaves a lot of these decisions up to the manager - including maternity leave. HR is not very strong and does not offer direct guidance to employees. HR works for the managers not the employees. "
