"I have worked for this company for 9 years. I recently discovered my rate of pay compared to men who have worked in the same department for less time and in a lower position. I found out that I was making the same amount of money. I repeat, I was making the same amount of money as men who have worked there for less time and who were in a LOWER POSITION."

"It can be a good job for someone with a completely open schedule. As well as anyone that is able to ignore lots of little injustices that are regular occurrences. If you're a go with the flow type, it pays a decent wage for the required job duties. "

"The company is inconsistent in whom they are willing to have set schedules for. They also have a pay structure that does not allow for the people working the hardest to receive raises that reflect their hard work. The company often hires new people on at wages that are higher than long term employees. "

"Great benefits. Super corporate so there are alot of politics involved. Its not a terrible place to work but has gone downhill over the years. It just keeps getting more and more corporate and strict."

"Depends on your department. Large departments have more flexibility. Its hard to RTO much if you work in a small department. You are pretty much required to work weekends, with it being food retail."
