"Culture is horrible. Work life balance is non-existent. The Team Leader position is nothing more than a stress and drama filled adult baby sitting job. Upper management loves to gas light difficult TM situations so beware. Not work the headache, not enriching job. "

"Policies and processes are outdated. HR is not supportive or fair to employees. Culture is not what it used to be. Not an inclusive environment. Leadership roles are nothing more than stress-induced, drama filled adult baby sitting jobs. "

"I would say if you are a Black woman prepare for microagressions, prepare for Black women that with internalized misogyny to be used to mistreat and denigrate you. Prepare for people who are insecure to make your life miserable in the front check-out lines loudly with customers watching."

"The attendance policy is stricter but typical retail. 3 tardies/absences in thirty days and you are fired!!
They do fall off so you can start over but you are given warnings for each."

"The consumer brand is very different from the employer brand. I have met wonderful peers but make sure you understand what is important to you, what are your must haves, don't bend for a brand name that doesn't always live up to it's core values."
