"Small company so there is not a lot of growth opportunities. The product and company have an exceptional reputation in the marketplace and with customers, so if you appreciate working with a company that takes cares of customers first (with integrity) and won’t be hung up on never getting promoted, then you’ll probably like this job."

"At Wolters Kluwer, it's much harder for a woman to get promoted up through the organization than a man, unfortunately. If a woman is willing to take the extra steps and put in the extra effort, they can get a seat at the table. It's just sad that so many men are promoted and given great projects to oversee despite having little experience and so many of the women need to step in and fill in the cracks without getting the recognition they deserve. "CEO is a woman who has a long-standing commitment to the business, over 10 years. During her tenure, the business has evolved from a publishing company to a leading information services company. There are a high number of women in leadership roles. Culture of innovation is getting stronger each year."
