"Overall good mission-driven company, it's a good product. Sometimes though there really needs to be more focus on a clear initiative and direction the whole company is headed towards, but that's a similar challenge in other companies regardless of the sector or industry. "

"I believe this company is committed to Diversity and Inclusion. With a female CEO there is a lot of focus on making work better and being inclusive for all. There are Employee Resource Groups for female (or female identifying folks), the LGTBQ+ community, racial equality, caregivers, and mental health. I know I have opportunity to advance and I believe I am paid fairly. "

"More than 50% of our C-Suite are women, which drives all the way through the culture of the entire company. Coming from a consulting background I was used to being the only woman in a room, but at WP Engine we are all surrounded by a network of women who will support us and push us to be better professionally and personally "

"Flexibility is key at WP Engine, as long as you are driving results you are empowered to use your time as needed (be it picking up your family from school, taking your dog to vet, etc.). Hard work is required, but when something comes up your team will always be there to cover you. Vacation time is unlimited, so working with your team to find time for yourself is very doable. "

"WP Engine is an amazing place to work. From our senior leadership to individual contributors, it's obvious there is a ton of mentorship and growth opportunities that happen here. Leading the charge would be Heather Brunner, our female CEO who believed in D&I before it was a tech trending topic in Austin. "
