"ZS is a great place, it is very collaborative and non-political. All views are heard and respected and the environment is very supportive. It makes a really good place for a woman to work at."

"While there is room for improvement for all employees it's a pretty great place to work and it has a culture of continued improvement so where those opportunities exist, more than likely something is happening"
