We are a firm based on philosophies, not policies. Our goal is to ensure we are able to accommodate the unique needs of each of our employees, and therefore we aim to have fewer formal policies that could restrict this. We understand that there is always a balance we are trying to strike between changing professional and life priorities, and will work with you to help you navigate those changes. We have a number of ZSers currently working remotely and on part-time schedules.
We have a number of different ways to describe our support for work/life balance. The programs vary by country, but include examples like as how to manage short-terms schedule or work location changes or how teams declare their “me time” within the team.
