The Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) helps women build successful careers by enabling professional growth, fostering an inclusive work environment and supporting individual choices. By offering women respect, flexibility and connections, the WLI supports all women to envision and trace a path at ZS -- from getting started, growing at ZS and navigating life choices.
The WLI helps unite and celebrate people with diverse backgrounds at both the organizational and local office levels. Through this inclusive global network, women can count on formal and informal mentorship and support throughout their careers.
The WLI is one of our many ZSer-led Inclusion & Diversity Groups (IDGs). All of our IDGs, such as the Black and Hispanic Alliance, [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], and more, work together to help drive positive change across ZS.
ZS values employee autonomy, which is supported by our Flexible & Connected working model. We also offer flexible working options, whether for a designated period of time or more permanent arrangement, to help ZSers navigate personal circumstances.
The Family Leave Program is intended to give ZSers time away from work in conjunction with the birth or adoption of a child or the serious health condition of a family member. ZS recognizes the important role that parents and caregivers play when there is a change in family status or a family member is diagnosed with a serious illness. In recognition of ZSers' roles with their family, ZS created one overarching program –the Family Leave Program.
ZS offers a comprehensive health plan that includes maternity & child birth benefits. ZS also offers a dependent care flexible spending account (FSA) to assist with child care costs, as well as a health care FSA to assist with out of pocket health care costs.
ZS offers care taking benefits through a family support program including regular & back up care services.
