Our goal is to ensure we are able to accommodate the unique needs of each of our employees, and therefore we aim to have fewer formal policies that could restrict this. We understand that there is always a balance we are trying to strike between changing professional and life priorities, and will work with you to help you navigate those changes. We have a number of ZSers currently working remotely and on part-time schedules.

We have a number of different ways to describe our support for work/life balance. The programs vary by country, but include examples like as how to manage short-terms schedule or work location changes or how teams declare their “me time” within the team.

Overview: Parental leave policies
ZS provides for Family Leave, which is a program that varies by country, because each country’s laws are so different. However, the core of the program is that we provide paid and unpaid leave in very flexible ways to support new parents, and also ZSers who need leave to care for an ailing spouse, child, parent or sibling. We believe it is important that we provide each ZSer the support he or she needs to find the right balance in their life at work.
