There are lots and lots of recruiters on LinkedIn. There are a few groups for recruiters, however, they haven't been very active. But a few recent changes may change that. There may be groups on Facebook also. As I mentioned before, you might also want to consider going out on your own. The average recruiter earns about 25 percent of the annual salary per placement. It wouldn't take much to earn $40,000 plus providing you are good at what you do.
