I would love to have any remote position where I could interview, research, draft emails, or help people that pays okay. I thought recruiting would be the next step because it's similar to what I do as a Talent Manager.

What I can tell you is that the clearer you are about what you want, the easier it is to find. As I mentioned before, the challenge with getting a recruiting job in another field unless you can show your ability to find people work in the new field. That is easiest done through networking. For instance, through networking, you could offer to work for commission only until you prove yourself. If you want to explore other options for people who already have your skills, I suggest two Department of Labor websites: O*NET online (https://www.onetonline.org), where you can list your skills and be given a list of options in return. And the Occupational Outlook Handbook (https://www.bls.gov/ooh), which provides information about hundreds--maybe thousands--of different kinds of jobs. The thing is: You aren't limited by your current skills. Skills can be learned. If you wanted to do something that required some new skills, a plan could be developed to help you get from where you are to where you want to be.

Thank you so much! I appreciate it! I will check them out. As far as networking how do I do that?
