Sodexo Maternity Leave Comments
  • "I've worked here for five years and in a non management position it greatly depends on the bosses whether women are treated well. Management wise there seems to be a bias based on the client. However the company tries to be very women friendly and focused on diversity. The issue is for hourly employees women are not highly considered, and with no paid maternity leave it is sad." - Anonymous
  • "Lots of talk about work life balance but company is inconsistent in practice. Maternity leave was a disappointment - few women take full leave. Came back from leave and had choice between "mommy track" or traveling 70% for promotion with a newborn. Both global and US CEOs are women." - Anonymous
  • "They do not offer paid maternity leave. It is challenging to get a flex schedule approved in order to accomodate your doctors appts, etc." - Anonymous
