The company instituted a new 1-month paid maternity and paternity leave policy. This is in addition to the 16 weeks of leave you can take unpaid or using your ample sick and vacation leave. I just recently returned from maternity leave, and was able to reduce my hours to 60% and work from home exclusively, unless I need to be in the office for a meeting. Additionally, they have expanded their diversity initiatives and participated in the Capital Pride parade for the first time this year.
