Things have gotten worse for everyone. Senior leadership seems unable to land on a strategy that will truly right the sinking ship. Key C-suite and officer-level leaders continue to exit in droves. Career progression has completely stalled -- there's not even lateral movement, let alone advancement opportunities. CEO and Leadership Team continue to hire white men for key senior leader roles; diversity is heading in the absolute wrong direction.

As senior executives leave, the majority of back-fill hires have been cis white men. Women and POC executive new-hires are NOT well onboarded, supported or retained, and tend to leave or be forced out after just 6-18 months. Finally, the women's an other affinity group ERGs are less active and not providing (or not allowed to provide?) the same caliber of programming that they have in the past.
