The organization has gone through another round of staff. It appears to be happening every 18 months or so according to another group of former employees. The problem continues to be the exact same. Terrible self-serving leadership at the Executive level, backbiting, long hours, zero gratitude for or value of employees. Zero donor loyalty because of high staff turnover.
