Hello wonderful community.

I just wanted to post something to recruiters, hiring managers, and anyone who is interviewing someone.

My team consists of three people- the department head, me and another lady.

I am a new mom, I have rejoined to work after maternity leave but I need work from home to take care of my baby and also I want to work. However I have permitted to work from home for 2 months now but later I have to be at office for work which will be difficult for both me and my baby... Can I get any suggestions on this

So I am going to start with a little background on my company.

This had always been on my mind and just wanted to hear other women’ experience with pregnancy in the workforce.

I have a question I been a full time employee at my job for over a year I'm currently 25 weeks pregnant and the work is starting to be too much for me to do if I go prn will I still be able to get my maternity leave?

I was laid off while on maternity leave from a very small company (like 10 people). I was mostly wfh and had a long commute so I didn't make any real friends in the 3.5 yrs I was there and totally stayed out of weird office politics (HR was the owners girlfriend, if that gives you an idea) I just accepted an offer with a Fortune 500 company; so, much bigger and more structured.
