The worst answer to "What's your weakness?" (Yes, a candidate ACTUALLY said this in an interview)
I wanted to share this response to "what's your weakness" as something to avoid saying during an interview! I recenrly interviewed a candidate that responded that their weakness was "identifying weaknesses." They said they didn't recognize any weaknesses with their work. To me, this seems not self aware. When I asked if there was something he wanted to improve on (rephrasing the question in a more positive way), he answered in the same way and even said he there was nothing he wanted to improve upon.
I think we should embrace our weaknesses, even in job interviews, and actively work on improving them to become better, well-rounded candidates!
What do you think is a good answer to "what's your weakness?"
