I feel like it's harder finding entry level work here in Oklahoma also they require more schooling when california didn't and they pay for these roles are significantly lower as well hoping to find some stable work soon

To echo what others have said, there is a big cost of living difference between the two. A quick google search shows that generally, CA is more than 30% more expensive while city to city, COL in LA is about 50% higher than OKC.
