I am pregnant and after being in my organisation for 18 months , my manager suddenly has started criticising me now when I am just 8 weeks away from my maternity break.
She called me high maintenance and that I have bad professional ethics. She has been critical previously and I always have tried to work on her feedback and improve my performance which she has noticed and appreciated me for, but lately her behaviour has turned very negative and despite my long hours if I ask her any work related query she loses her patience and scolds me before providing a response. To the extent that today when I enquired about a business policy , she started talking about the regulation from which it was derived from and told me that I am not fit for this job. Am I overthinking or assuming that she is out to prove that I should be fired?
