I am currently working full-time and entering my third trimester of pregnancy.
I have been feeling burnt out with trying to keep up with a very high demand job (150-200) outbound cold calls a day and the exhaustion/body discomforts that come in the final stages of pregnancy. I reached out to my manager and HR about cutting back my hours to 30 hours/week instead of 40 going into my maternity leave. There doesn't seem to be any rush to get this moving and even last week I was written up for not meeting my call metrics; due to feeling burnt out. What does a follow up conversation or email for something like this look like?
