I've got to be honest, Mondays have always brought me a bit of anxiety.
Having the entire week ahead of me it can feel hard to jump in.
Today, I tried something new. After taking care of the fur babies and doing 30-minutes of yoga, I got back into bed with a hot cup of coffee and read Launch (a business book) for about 30 minutes.
I'm going to make this a habit. It felt like a great way to ease into a week that I know will be busy and productive.
