How to deal with potential education bias?

I am new to FGB and am considering looking for a new position. I have a diverse background and experience in the healthcare technology industry with a focus on client success in the areas of software implementation and support. While my background and experience span across multiple management disciplines, I do not have a four degree. To date my professional career growth has not been hampered by my lack of a four year degree, and I currently hold the title of Director of Client Experience Support. As I consider a position change, and with the current focus on the use of digital recruiting software, how do I leverage my experience to ensure I pass through the first pass of the "digital" application process?

I don't have a degree and other than a handful of roles that listed it as an absolute requirement (aka: We make no acceptions) I've always just applied. I have over 20 years of experience in my field, so that outweighs a degree.

List all your experience (as you would) if you have an associate's degree (or diploma), list it (of course, you would) and use the words Associate Degree. Write a killer cover letter. Try to find the hiring manager or recruiter (where possible) and send them your resume directly. When I was looking for work, many of the jobs that I was applying for 'required' an MBA or other master degree which I don't have. Could my resume have been kicked out in an ATS review? Sure. Was my resume kicked out of all ATS reviews? No, cause i got plenty of interviews for positions that 'required" an MBA.
