I am over it....but

So, I work for a company with poor management. I do not like how the work culture is. I dread going to the office, I dislike my supervisor, and a parent. I bust my butt to make sure client goals are met and then some. The office lacks communication and they brush off your needs. No incentives, reimbursement for out of pocket costs, they always need employees but hire more office employees than field. I want to leave but the checks are weekly which comes in handy. I'm a single mom of two girls. I miss them, it makes me sad and frustrated because I'm the only one with jobs. Had some good news though, my sister may get this job which is awesome. They'll probably switch my client but I'll have to quit but I want them to let me go. That way I can get unemployment and won't look bad on my resume. I still have my Respite and Caregiver jobs. The hours aren't as much but I can still pay the bills. What should I do? I love working with children but I feel unappreciated and not happy. We don't even get hazard pay ☹️
