I was furloughed due to COVID (like many of us) from a restaurant management position I embraced and gave my all to for over 20 years. Kids needed home school, summer camp canceled. i could not go back to 80 plus hours a week. Quarantine gave me time, time with my girls that was so overdue. Ultimately it gave me the sense that i need a change. I cannot go back to hospitality and the grueling hours. What do I do now!!??
