Outside of Cobra, if someone decides to retire early, what benefits can they get for medical/perscription/dental/vision/etc. if they are not old enough to receive Medicare?

Do you consider courses/professional certificates on Coursera to be valuable and/or worth the time? I have degrees, but there are some certifications that I feel would bulk my resume if Coursera is respected.

I am loyal and been with the company for more than 25 years ; good attendance and employee of the month and season too.
I think he should cut me a slack and approve it. ( still on the works but made me really upset )
