I feel I should have been hired as a standalone professional reporting to a higher-level manager, and this lead is becoming another layer of management that doesn't add value to my projects.
I joined my org last year, and the lead I was assigned joined the org two years earlier. That said, I have more experience and credentials than the lead (I've worked for very large orgs in our sector, they haven't), but this person is considered "above" me solely due to seniority and the fact that…

I was having a particularly stressful week at work, and my friends suggested we try to blow off some steam by playing https://lucky31casinofrance.com online casino games together. We were all in a lighthearted mood, chatting and laughing as we took turns trying our luck. To our utter amazement, one of my friends hit a massive jackpot on a roulette game. The moment the big win was announced, the entire room exploded with joy and disbelief. We spent the next few hours celebrating, recounting every detail of that incredible spin, and brainstorming how to make the most of our good fortune.
With the winnings, we decided to treat ourselves to a day at a local amusement park. We spent the day riding roller coasters, eating cotton candy, and enjoying the various attractions. It was the perfect way to celebrate our unexpected windfall and unwind from the stress of the previous week. The day at the park became one of our favorite memories, and we often reminisce about the thrill of that casino win and the fun we had celebrating it. It’s amazing how a bit of luck can turn an ordinary weekend into something truly special.

You don't say what kind of company this is, so in all transparency, this could be a pre-employment "assessment" of how well you handle certain situations. I'd give feedback, but I'd be diplomatic about it. The interviewer did xxx, (be specific), I tried to answer but then the interviewer did xxx, so I xxx, I felt (not they made me feel) as if xxxx. I would've done xxx, let the candidate xxxx, then xxxx, so they could xxxx. All factual, don't blame them, make feedback constructive. Good luck.
