I would sit the boss down and let her know how you learn new things, be specific about what you are stuck on and how you are getting differing direction from the folks she sent you to. If that does not help seek out your HR business partner and ask them to help you get past this hump.
Everyone learns differently. For example some folks are visual learners and need to see someone else do it before they can. Others read manuals, etc. Don't beat yourself up about this give yourself time to absorb and learn.

Thank you. I’ve had these conversations weekly. I also spoke with our director and she advised not to stress, it’s less than 5% weeks f our job. She was great and said there’s a simplified checklist I can use and I’m already spending too much time on this task. It was a great conversation… then came Friday, with a meeting with the same co-worker trainer. It’s like nails on a chalkboard for me and my requests have fallen on deaf ears.
