If the role is right for you, I suggest you go for it. The 2-year mark has now morphed into 1 year thanks to the changes in our world. This is coming from a 53 yr old who has job hopped in the past. If you have very good reasons for the moves, they don't count against you quite so much when you are highly qualified.
