received a job offer and offer letter indicates, "M.L. will include wording in the offer the allows you 3 month period to change your mind, a a 6 month period of us to change our minds ....."
I am reading this as even if you decide to stay after the grace period, we still have 3 additional months to make the final decision. I know in MA all employees are considerEmployee At Will; however, I never come across something like this. This is not an entry level position. Thoughts?

I've been casually job hunting for a while now, I'm employed but want something different (and more lucrative!). My husband has been "helping" by sending me DOZENS of jobs via email and to be honest I've been having a rough time keeping up with them.
On some job board somewhere I saw someone mention a program called "Huntr" that helps you keep track of all your job hunting in a kanban-style grid.
Y'ALL. GAME CHANGER. Hubs saves jobs in the "wishlist" column, I look at them when I have the chance, and if I apply I move them to the "applied" column. I also made a column for "headhunters" and "declined." (interview and rejected are already in there) It has made it so much easier to see what's the what. There's even a Chrome plug-in so if I find a job that interests me on LinkedIn or Indeed or wherever, I can add it to the list with just a couple clicks.
NOT A PAID ADVERTISEMENT I SWEAR. I just am really enjoying how simple it is and how much more organized I feel about the whole job hunt process.
There's a free version with a limit to how many jobs can be on the board, or you can pay $10 per month for unlimited.

Five years ago today, I filed for unemployment compensation.
It was one of the hardest things I've done, professionally. I had been let go with very little warning by a supervisor who just couldn't be pleased. The organization offered no constructive feedback, no mentoring, and no work/life balance. The days immediately after that were a mix of fear and relief that I was out of that awful environment. I won't lie. I spent six very hard, discouraging months looking for a role and being rejected before I took a "survival job." I spent about 18 months there until a position in the agency where I had always wanted to work opened. I got it and just celebrated my third anniversary here. I've even been promoted and am now in the position I wanted most. I shared this in the hope that someone who is facing the same thing right now will read it and know that things won't always be as hard as they are today. In the meantime, take care of yourself and your family, and remember that work is what you do, not who you are. You are worthy and valuable, no matter where you do (or don't) work.

Question for employers, hiring managers, recruiters, and those in charge of conducting job interviews: would you ever consider implementing any of the following practices when preparing to schedule an interview?
• Providing the questions you intend to ask the applicant in advance so that they have time to prepare
• Allowing the applicant to choose which interview format they prefer (phone call, video call, video call platform with camera off, etc.)
If not, why not? Trying to gather information for a research project.
