This pandemic has encouraged more than a few of my friends to confess they've been battling with anxiety - long before the quarantine. I work remotely, and haven't felt the pressure/uncertainty my "office" friends do. Am I more anxious than I'm admitting? Are there tell-tale signs of a shift in perspective?
The other side: a couple friends have become hyper-aware of every regulation, press conference and vaccine-related setback. It's all they talk about. THAT stuff is stressful and energy sucking. Any thoughts? Thx!
