Some employers are developing or have developed programs, services, tools to address work/life balance, wellness, etc. If you find that this may be an issue, perhaps suggesting a platform such as Headspace to your employer, HR Director. Your proposal could include a justification for the need to address this matter, data on staff productivity, morale and retention and the benefits to the staff and the company as a whole if this matter is addressed—-can lead to a greater ROI for the employer, greater productivity, increased morale &retention and most of all, greater wellness for the employees which is needed to meet employer’s outcomes and goals.
