Final interview will most likely clarify the role, get answers on any final questions and take $, start date and onboarding items. Whatever is talked about there will be included in an offer letter if they decide to make one.

Sounds like they’re just coming together for a final meeting of the minds to confirm amongst themselves you’re the candidate they want! Hiring managers can often interview so many people things run together for them as well. Or during the course of interviewing they may have additional questions about your expertise and ways you will fit into the team. But it seems like this is a last step maybe for them to also answer any questions for you. So I would be prepared to ask them all about the job since they’ve been asking you. Really dive into the nitty gritty of the job and the team and the culture.

-What are some of the teams’s annual goals and how does your role fit into those goals
-Is there any opportunity for continuing education, conferences, professional development
-What will onboarding look like
-What do they expect you to handle in the first 30/60/90 days
