Yes to apples with peanut butter and hard-boiled eggs and almonds. Hummus with veggies is easy and yummy, so many combos of hummus flavors and veggies to shake things up. If you like savory you could try sprinkling Everything Bagel seasoning on hummus too.

This past fall I combined yogurt with cocoa powder and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie seasoning and it was a little treat/ snack that I really enjoyed having each day.
