I am so tired of the rejection and tomorrow's interview seems like such a great position. I am trying hard to stay confident but it is not easy, since I have been rejected for so many roles.
Part of me wants to celebrate and jump up and down, and then the other part of me is cautiously optimistic. The offer is contingent upon a successful background check. I have a misdemeanor back in 2009 when I was young and stupid. This misdemeanor has nothing to do with banking, theft, …

I'm sorry to hear you're struggling. What type of experience do you have to be a project manager/coordinator? Without understanding more about your actual experience or seeing your resume, it's difficult to offer suggestions re: obtaining interviews. Hiring managers and recruiters want to know how a candidate will drive results for them, and are looking for those answers in your resume and LinkedIn profile. Make sure your experience shows quantitative results vs reading like a job description. I know this might sound impossible, given that you've only recently graduated. Yet even things like "Managed more than 20 accounts worth as much as $2M" or "Contributes to annual sales of more than $X by processing more than 200 client orders weekly" or "Supports a team of six, including the office manager and 5 regional sale reps" - or something like this.

I was looking into project management and learned companies want some experience. Maybe volunteer at church? If they have projects, the red cross, volunteering always helps!
