Looking for suggestions on alternatives for sourcing technicians. My company installs and services commercial doors and docks. We work in some difficult areas to source talent from (rural NC for example). We are struggling to get applicants in those areas, mostly, I think, because we are not reaching them. The traditional online platforms don't seem to be working because these guys are not necessarily computer savvy. We have tried facebook without great results, so I'm looking for new ways to find them.
Anyone have suggestions?
