Based on the Job Title I take it you manage processes not people therefore you are an individual contributor so keep that in mind despite the mgmt title. How many years of experience do you have using the software programs you will own? How many years of experience do you have in the role? How many in fintech? Are you in a HCOL state?

Look at Glassdoor and see if you can find anyone with your title. If not, search for the comp of your mgr/ director so you know where the top of your range falls.
