My boss asked me about 2 hours of OT that shows up on my timesheet every 2 weeks.
I've switched boss 2-3 times since I've been at the company because we were getting acquired by different companies. I've been under my current boss for about 3 months. I'm work from home because of covid and during our last 1:1 my boss asked why I was doing 2 hours overtime.
I never really noticed and thought it was a big deal. I just always make sure to get 40 hours each week because our time sheet is due every 2 weeks.
Is my boss being dramatic or should I just be more careful? I'm a little confused as to why it's a big deal. Do you think his boss told him to watch my timesheets? I'm just a little concerned.
