I’m curious if others experience noisy co workers even management asking why you called out. And what do you say? I’m personally starting to find it annoying. Does anyone else find it annoying and what do you say?

UPDATE: Thank you all for the input and advice. To keep this short, I was asked to develop a PowerPoint presentation with an accompanying detailed script that I would present to a group. The goal was to inform the group of the changes to an organization's licensure requirements and their implications. I received the prompt on the hour and had 90 minutes to create, polish, and submit. I submitted it with a minute to spare. The interview is tomorrow at 10:30. Best wishes and good energy are appreciated!

Go back to the company and ask this question. Ask what to expect. Questions like will I be given a subject and then someone will virtually watch me write about it? Or will you give me a subject and then go away and expect me to write something comprehensive or in a certain format and polished by the end of 90 minutes. How will you judge the results? Will I know immediately? Is it a pass or fail situation?
Ask these specifically in either a call or an email. Then you will know. This audience here might give you wrong advice when the answers live within the place you are interviewing instead.
