What's the #1 thing you’re going to achieve in 2021?
A few weeks from now 70% of our New Year’s resolutions will have failed. ? But what about that other 30%? Well, they have a plan!
Write out your goals for the next year. Them break those goals into 30 day goals. Hold yourself accountable one day at a time and don't get overwhelmed if you miss a day. Start again the next.
Write down one goal every morning. These goals can be to drink 8 glasses of water, go for a walk, read 20 pages, limit screen time, etc.
Get an accountability partner. This person should be someone you trust and can help remind you of your goals, whatever they may be.
