Hey ladies! In the past I have shared my recent move to Austin and it is happening! (Austin girls, would love to meet you in the near future!) I have a job lined up but I decided to take a pay cut to get it. I am seeing as a full restart in my life including reevaluating my expenses and, in a way, my priorities, I am looking to start over in SaaS and tech in a different way. But I am also thinking of how I can do things differently now that I am in my 30's and newly divorced. My housemate in PA and I started talking about becoming real estate agents. I will be honest with you... I am freaking scared of it and feel like I am not smart enough to do it. I know I am capable enough but I just feel inadequate, perhaps because through 2 house buying experiences I always felt lost. But I know this can change. My point here is (sorry the rambling) does anybody know good resources to get educated on how to start the process? Learn more about real estate residential sales in Texas? Or perhaps even... a mentor?
