Something isn't making sense about this narrative. You had a executive that supported you, trained you and stood up for you with the entire leadership team...and you walked out without giving notice? What am I missing here?? This is job abandonment and its going to be a big issue for you to explain as you resume interviewing, more so than the burnout.
This is going to sound abrasive but I suspect your finances will drive your enthusiasm for interviewing. As they dwindle, you'll have to step up the job search.
I've said this in some other posts: suffering is a choice so make a conscious decision to stop being a victim and right this ship! You got excellent advice below about seeking therapy. I get that covid was burnout was a thing...but it was for everyone else, too. You're only going to get so much sympathy with this line of thought.
Visit with a mental health professional ASAP and get some relief. Therapy, and meds if needed, will help you put this situation into perspective and help turn this into a learning opportunity. Best of luck with your next steps.
