With everything going on, we all could use a little positive reinforcement. Plant positive messages throughout your day to keep yourself grounded, focused on the bigger picture, and thinking about your strengths, the activities that energizes you. Here are a few ideas:
-Order a lot online? Mark them as a gift and use the gift card to send yourself positive messages. For example, I bought something for my coaching business and wrote: "You're amazing! Go for your dreams!"
-Not loving work? Bring in something that represents what you're great at - a knitting needle, a whisk, jewelry you've made, whatever excites you - and put it in or on your desk. Or print an inspirational picture and put it on your wall or the edge of your laptop as a constant reminder of your goodness.
-Drive a lot? Put a post-it on your dashboard or keep something in the glove compartment that brings you confidence.
-Text yourself a message in the middle of the day. Seeing a great message on the screen reinforces it.
-When you're in the bathroom, look in the mirror and repeat your positive self-talk mantra 3 times. Better if you do it in the Wonder Woman pose!
Surround yourself with what you need and carve out spots to practice positivity.
