I've been a manager of a team for a year and I'm still struggling to fully embrace my role. I need advice and some practical tools on delegating and being a better leader (and not necessarily a friend). I love my team and I trust them, but I need to set better boundaries and be able to show them that I am the boss.
Can you all please suggest good courses (my co. will pay for these)? And good articles/books on becoming a better manager?
