For me, I have been making it a point to find time to meditate. Even a quick five-minute meditation can help set the mood or redirect your energy.

Meditation is definitely great! After so long I get sleepy which is great for being calm lol but I’ve been checking out sound bathing; I think that’ll be a great outlet also.

This is a great question! I’m excited to hear from others. Taking breaks during the day has been really helpful for me after I started working from home. I’ve also been trying to prioritize things that make me feel good: virtually connecting with friends, watching dog videos, watching my favorite movies, and engaging in acts of service (virtually). I recently became pen pals with an older adult in a nearby state. :)

I'm giving myself the grace of having good days and bad days. While I work, I'm listening to podcasts that are divorced from the current politics and the pandemic in the US.

I revisited my goals this year and revised my list. I added new ones and pushed the others for next year. I made sure the ones for this year are realistic and attainable despite the pandemic. I am slowly working on it one by one and it makes me happy and proud to be able to achieve each and everyone of them.

I've taken up guided meditation, repeating affirmations and yoga.
