Seeing a lot of companies switching to a 4-day workweek?
I've noticed in the news recently that a lot of people are switching to a 4-day workweek. It seems that some companies are using this for cost savings measures and others are using this for mental health awareness/support during Covid. Has its time come?
I also know of a few co-founders who haven't fully switched to the 4-days a week routine but are enforcing 1/4 Fridays a month to not be working. I absolutely love seeing this initiative as I think people will be more efficient with their time and given the circumstance, we need a mental health break to actually succeed in our roles. I'd love to hear if you've been seeing this trend and/or your thoughts as if this is a good/bad idea?
