I'm considering living a more nomadic lifestyle. I would like to keep moving all year round. Any tips on good temp agencies or resources for project based work? Or on finding companies who are truly flexible?

I am not sure what is your profession and skills, but according to that you could find several options, such as travelling jobs, or remote jobs that would allow you to go anywhere you'd like and performing with your laptop. Any specific field you would like to work?

Find out what type of work you would like to do and Google some ideas and places.

Hi! Great question! Personally I think the type of work that is best suited for the nomadic lifestyle is entrepreneurial in nature, and specifically offering online products or services. This may take a bit longer to implement than getting a remote job, but you would literally be able to make each and every decision yourself - where you go, when you go, how long you stay, etc.
It might be good to start with a self-audit and list out your skills and abilities. Are you good at art? Create an online shop where people can purchase your digital prints.
Are you very knowledgeable in a specific topic? Create an online course that you could sell. This is a great option because it's "one and done" - you take the time to create it and then it passively generates income for you (with some marketing effort, of course) until you need to make updates to it.
Do you have a unique certification or experience in a specific area? Develop a program and offer online coaching.
These are just a few ideas. I hope you find them helpful. One more suggestion if you decided to go any of these routes would be to be sure you find places to plug in with others. There are plenty of Facebook and Farirygodboss groups for all sorts of interests. Find your ideal clients and then be present in the groups where they hang out.
Best wishes to you!

Look for staffing agencies that have clients globally, so they can place you in projects in the areas you are looking to travel/live. You can start by building your LinkedIn network and connecting with recruiters that specialize in your area of expertise. Make sure you show that you are open to work and the resources will often come to you! During this time of the pandemic, most companies have adapted to more flexible work schedules and telecommuting options. Start researching which companies allow that right here on FGB! :)

I would check out FlexJobs! They have a ton of positions that seem to show flexibility. Also check out ghost writing opportunities.
