I a getting flustered at work.
I have normally been high performing but my current role has been bad from the start with micromanaging and gossip. My manager runs her mouth and does not keep confidence so she blabbed what happened to my co-worker who was being let go and in process suing the company. My manager is going to hire someone new and I am well aware that I could be the next victim. Just trying to keep my head down but it is taking a long time to find a new job. Any advice is appreciated.

Micromanagers are tough, I personally would rely on email communication and overly communicate. Be transparent about your work, give regular updates, etc. Basically tell her everything before she has to ask you for anything.
Gossip is so toxic. I would avoid as much as you can. You can also voice your discomfort and excuse yourself from the conversation too.
