Who inspires you to fight like RBG?

I'm devastated by the loss of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, especially as she was one of my first (& female) heroes. While we mourn this loss, it's important to keep her fighting spirit and move forward with intent, power, and positivity. So, who inspires you to have an RBG fighting spirit? Who are your strong women heroes?

My mom and sisters have inspired me to have an RBG fighting spirit! They taught me to stay true to my core values and to fight for what I believe in. It's important to remember to be there for your fellow women and support strength and support across genders.

RBG was truly a "one of kind" leader. Her grace, determination, passion, and persistence were probably her best qualities. I admired the way she had the ability to keep herself focused on the bigger picture, even when it was a really tough environment (ex. political, judicial, ethical, religious) to work in. I have many women that I look up to as well. Oprah, Michelle Obama, Sallie Krawcheck, Hillary Clinton, Stacey Abrams, Arlan Hamilton, Jacinda Ardern, Nancy Pelosi, Meghan Markle, Jamie Kern Lima, as I said, there are MANY!! Many female warriors who help make the world a better place. To be, it's not only fighting, it is the persistence to keep going, even when the odds look bleak.

Honestly any woman that has been successful in politics is one to behold, but especially RBG. She was not bitter, she did not boast, and she acted out of love and not anger or hatred. She stood for an entire gender that was completely ostracized for centuries. She fought for us and I know she will continue to watch us as we continue her fight.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg was an amazing role model with grit, intelligence, integrity, passion, and grace. I also admire Elizabeth Warren, Catherine O'Hara, Nancy Pelosi, Amanda Bearse (She played the neighbor on Married with Children and I was a guest star on the show) and some women who are remarkable and less well known including my Dad's 82 year old girl friend who is an intelligent and warm woman with grit and spirit. That's a start!
