My boss totally failed when sharing his screen (and my co-workers and I saw EVERYTHING)
Last week on Zoom, my boss shared his entire screen (instead of just his window) and his messages with another manager were on the screen! There were recent messages discussing a company shakeup AND letting go one of my co-workers who wasn't on the call. We definitely weren't meant to see it!
Have you made this mistake before?? I'm sharing this as a reminder to turn on Do Not Disturb and close out anything private before hopping onto a meeting. While my boss was professional and quickly quit his messages when he realized his mistake, my co-worker and I now know information we weren't supposed to know!
