I’ve worked with the same company for over 8 years. I used to be given the "highest performer" award every 6 months at the company, however, recently my new manager refuses to give me any rating above average. After putting together a presentation for the project I’ve been working on, my manager told me I won’t be the presenter. And I essentially have to coach someone through presenting for me. I’ve also been removed from high visibility projects. I know changes happen with new managers but the efforts that are being made are so abrupt and different. My freedom to create and make a change has been fully taken away and I’m not sure what to do!
