We had a really rough summer at my job, where at one point we were speaking to bankruptcy lawyers for advice about what to do if/when we went under. It was all COVID related stuff, and we scraped through everything with some skin left....so here we are in October, and I'm finding that now my boss and I are still sort of marinating in the negative/catastrophic/cynical thinking that basically helped us survive just a couple of months ago. I thought maybe the community might have some suggestions or ideas about how we can bring things back into a positive place. We are doing great now, and the threats are gone (yes we need to be careful and are continuing to do so) but it's sort of this cloud that I want to get gone. What have folks done in the past or now to keep the positive joy and abundant thinking going? Thanks!
